…and I’ve lost another pound– 36 so far since July 18, 2011. Amazing how that “little bit” of wine and cheese (OK, a sandwich and some crackers too) derailed my weight loss effort and caused me to plateau. Does this mean I cannot have wine, cheese, or “normal” food? Nope. But, I must be realistic and understand the consequences.

There were a number of additional factors that entered the picture. Fruit is ripening so I was eating lots of fresh fruit, sometimes going over my calories allotment. Also, the weather turned rainy so I haven’t been playing golf– just sitting on my butt, instead, so zero exercise. All those things are contributory so I hadn’t lost any weight in more than a week.

But, I am on track again and working toward my goal. In a year, I will add 1000 calories/day back to my daily food intake to maintain my weight at a healthy level, but the important thing to note is that the Weight Agency Method is keeping my appetite under control and keeping my radical weight loss rate going.
